When ordering anything more than the most basic items at the drive-thru, mistakes are almost guaranteed. Trying to make substitutions only adds to the confusion for the person taking your order. The service is extremely slow, almost painfully slow, and the staff appear unconcerned about the long line of cars stretching down Main Street. It might be worth the extra effort to visit one of the other locations in order to save time.

I was disappointed in the state of their bathroom. This was not only dirty but old dirt; indicating that the bathroom especially toilet and floors had not been cleaned in awhile. I brought this to the staff’s attention. In ordinary times this lack of cleanliness is unacceptable; in Covid times, staff should be more attentive!
