Fernando's Grill - Antigonish

Because of the excellent reviews posted on this website, my husband and I stopped here as we traveled toward the Halifax airport from Cape Breton Island. We were not disappointed! We both had Portuguese fish cakes and Portuguese salad and my husband also had rice. Both the food and the service were amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time dining at Fernandos, had their Fish&Chips, excellent meal and great service, I highly recommend you try it

We had to stay overnight in nearby inn while on tour,and were looking for vegetarian food as there are no plaza or mall closeby,and were given this restaurant as a choice by inn,0n 24-06-17.We were well received and to our delight had a delicious veg food cooked fresh from kitchen and also had good friendly service from the owners who also told us how the restaurant was in a wagon and had relocated last year to this a building. We were very happy with their food and service.

Good battered seafood and fish. Other grillables too. I particularly recommend the seafood platter. At least if you're hungry.

We were delighted to find this gem of a restaurant. Fernando's Grill is our favourite for fish and seafood and the friendly, super service. The seafood and fish are absolutely the freshest & tastiest outside of Halifax and dont get me started about the fries which are handout and divine. There are Portageuse dishes to die for and havei I mentioned the yummy homemade gravy and coleslaw? You may have noticed by now that we love this place and cant say enough good things about it. You gotta try Fernando's-you'll love it.
