Perfect as usual! It is impressive as the blend France/Japan is always perfectly realized in the plate but also in the coktails

A treat for the eyes and taste buds, a very good reception and a very pleasant setting! A mouth-filled amuse composed of a corn mousse with a truffle and a duck magret with both fat and a mellow polenta with the fig, a pure treat, as to dessert, just as delicious.
