Chalet Des Glaces - Annecy

The first time I had violet ice cream and it was delicious. you could tell it was pure home made ice cream. The owner Izabelle was lovely and very interesting to chat with as well! Always an added bonus when we travel!

Didn t want to queue in renowned ice cream shop opposite. Got to taste a number of samples which was very nice. Hard to choose. They were all amazing. The salted caramel was the best. I m skipping dessert tomorrow and heading back for the valrohna chocolate. MERCI!

Very good ice, the balls are of good size (even if a little smaller than the Glacier des Alpes balls a few meters away). We feel the taste of the fruit in the sorbet and ice. Sicily brioche is excellent (a brioche filled with two ice balls to choose) and it's something you won't find anywhere else! The staff is very friendly. Chantilly will be offered if you wish. Finally, the decoration of the glacier is beautiful, and well in the theme (Le Chalet des Glaces) ! A glacier to discover if not already done!

Very beautiful glacier, beautiful location, beautiful place located in the old town with a beautiful establishment, MAIS, I felt a lot of fatigue near the young Emma who lived with me, this one offered me a quality service and I am delighted, but I feel like this one is under pressure, surely the superiors who oppress their employees. Very happy with the quality of the service, I have already been served by a girl before but I found the young very pleasant.

Very good glacier. Ice cream is delicious! I tasted the honey I loved. The portions are generous (for 2 ice balls requested, I had the equivalent of 3 balls in my pot) The service is top, I highly recommend!!
