Ocha Tea - Annandale

You have really amazing selection of teas and it is one of the best place for Thai teas safe. The atmosphere is also very sweet. The prices are also fairly fair compared to the competition round. However, the quality of the drinks varies on which the staff makes it this day. I usually avoid weekends as it is a very long wait with only two employees running the whole store. I'm coming on Tuesday when the girl is there, how she makes the best drinks. The guys working on the weekend are extremely slow, and the tea always tastes obliquely. They don't know how to mix them properly, as I bundle ALWAYS the clear fructose syrup on the bottom and they always skip my order of double sea salt foam. I also saw that she needed TAP WATER in the teas when she needed more volume. Once I asked them if they were sure they put double sea salt on my drink and the guy in the register just said "yes" although the other drink got my friend (also with double sea salt) had significantly more. Your customer service is really bad. If it wasn't for the girl and the general good selection of teas, I would have given it 2/5 stars. Also, some of the staff just parks right in front of the store, which really takes a lot of space as it really limited parking spaces.

Love the variety of drinks here. Personally one of my favorite spots to get bubble tea and hang with friends. The variety of drinks is very tasteful and will not drowned with sugar like other tea places. The staff is very friendly and they also have board games, so this is a very good place to hang out.

Depending on whoever makes the drink, there's something different, I think. I got the same drink there for several days and it didn't taste as good as the last time I left.

Have their coffee milk tea with bubbles and it was delicious! Definitely recommend

Awesomeness all in a cup. Friendly staff and quick service. The environment is cozy with board/card games to play while you sip on the perfect drink. Options are plentiful. First time here. My husband and I both love it. I got tropical green tea and he got a coconut smoothy. We live an hour away but will be back on special occasions.
