Sweetwaters Coffee Tea - Ann Arbor

They do not accept cash. I ordered a croissant and a coffee. The bill was $9.00 and they refused to take cash. I was obligated to pay with a credit card for this tiny charge. I should have just walked out.

A local favorite with solid, reasonably priced coffee drinks and a variety of pastries. Plenty of seating and efficient service.

4 people behind the counter having social time not getting my drink made. Correction, 5 people behind the counter and had to ask for two out of three drinks to be made.

Most Everyone here is so obviously fake, poor attitudes as if they hate being there, extremely over priced! Example; you can pay almost 10 dollars for a price of pie lol and they charge you for tap water!! As if they weren’t Penny pinching everyone bad enough. Not a good look for this place. Vibe is horrible

Sweetwater has consistently been one of my top choices for coffee in Ann Arbor. I appreciate everything about it—the coffee, the food, and the service. The variety of seating arrangements makes it perfect for everything from solo work sessions to relaxing conversations with friends. Thumbs up!
