Bidrage med feedbackI had an absolutely fantastic experience with the service here—I've mostly interacted with Ellen, and she's such a sweetheart. I tried the food and loved it so much that I had to get my parents to try it, especially with Father's Day coming up tomorrow. The traditional Highland smoked salmon is a popular option, and I found it to be very good, even better than most smoked salmon I've had. However, the gravlax is truly exceptional. I think next time there's a special occasion (or if I have the budget), I'm definitely going to treat myself to a whole pound just for me!
This is one of those special spots that truly makes Ann Arbor unique. It's a must-visit for both locals and tourists alike. They serve the best smoked fish you can find outside of Norway!
Incredible experience! Absolutely the best of the best. Every penny spent was worth it. I just wish I lived nearby. Please consider opening a location in Pennsylvania!

This is the best place I've ever found for small-batch smoked fish. Their standards are exceptionally high, using only premium quality salmon, trout, arctic char, and more. They also smoke cheeses and olives, and have recently introduced smoked yogurt. Each week, they offer one or more soups, all of which are consistently delicious. Plus, the team at Tracklements is genuinely friendly and welcoming.
