Carson's American Bistro Ann Arbor

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The waiters were all very friendly and courteous, and the food was excellent.

We absolutely love Carson's Bistro! We made a reservation for 6 pm and were seated right away upon arrival. The atmosphere was quiet, especially since they reopened. The menu is on the smaller side, but there are great choices available. The bistro chips appetizer was enough for 4 people and very filling. The corn chowder is always a favorite of ours, with lots of corn and veggies and a hint of spice. The steak and prime rib were cooked perfectly. We were sad to hear that the cast iron cookie is no longer on the menu, but the warm butter cake was heavenly. Despite the 45-minute drive, we will definitely be returning to Carson's Bistro.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Carson's. We visited in July 2020 and were pleased to see that all staff were wearing masks and following social distancing measures.

Wonderful meal as always. Only issue we had was the credit card machine didn't work well and gave us trouble paying. Took almost half hour to settle our bill. Other than that, great as always.
