Placed a large take-out order for a football party. Placed an online order in the morning for a 5:30p pickup... they were swamped due to the football Sunday and had a lot of orders on the shelf that people hadn't come to pick up. I waited maybe 5 minutes past 5:30p and the order came out fresh, accurate and tasty. All the staff were pleasant and apologized for the wait (no big deal if you ask me! . Poor service, ordered food then told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait. The food was disappointing. Not worth it at all, go to Detroit Wing company just down the street.

The food was delicious. The customer service was great. I rate this location with a 10 out of 10. I’m not from this area but I will definitely make the drive back.

Absolutely the best Wing Stop I have ever had! Janiya is such an amazing host. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Her cooking skills were excellent and her customer service was even better! This Wing Stop location will be my go-to from now on!!!

Absolutely infuriating placed my order around 10:30 ish was told the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes I DIDNT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 11:45 my boyfriend waited in the lobby and said employees were playing on their phones in the back. When we left at 11:45 he said there were still 8 people in the lobby waiting for food… absolutely terrible will not be coming back
