The manager here has been extra accommodating and kind on multiple occasions. The service workers are also amazing, bar none!

I really want them to succeed. Reality is they are overpriced for the food.

I was a little disappointed today I have been going to this potbelly since 2013. I always get the same thing; the skinny pair. Today I was told that the small sandwiches never get cut in half. If it is true I haven’t experienced that since 2013. And then the young lady tried to debate with me about it. I told her it’s no problem and that I’ll take a plastic knife and cut it myself. Customer service is everything. She also hung up on me when I called to ask if they were open. Very rude.
