Ordered 2 chicken salads, got home and needless to say no chicken. For the price not worth it. Very unhappy

The food always tastes great but I think this location has some personnel and work ethic issues. Today an online order was placed for my workplace and two of the mango bowls came without mango. When we arrived, the employee was chatting on FaceTime and the order hadn't been made yet, despite the online ordering system stating the order was ready. A couple of times I requested no strawberries, and the bowls still came with strawberries. Those times the employees were chatting in the back and didn't realize I was at the counter until a few minutes later.

I would have loved to order food but the 2 or more workers in the back couldn’t be bothered fro come out.

I used to come here all the time. The staff is rude and is always giving away food to their friends. The food is prepared half-ass. Management needs to be involved in the day-to-day. I drive additional 5 miles to Ann Arbor/Saline Rd location. Better service and food prep.
