Indian tacos on Tuesdays nights are top notch, as a big guy with a big appetite 2 alone nothing else fills me up more than enough, great portions and great price.

To the people out there complaining about the service, when you come here the wait is expected. Have you ever noticed how hard those servers are working and how fast paced it is? How about a little compassion and patience!

Bar in uptown Ankeny with good food. Definitely a regulars spot it appeared. Bartender was having to do it all when we were there on a Sunday afternoon and she did well considering how busy it was. Had patty melt made on marble rye and was very good. Dining companion had wings and enjoyed them as well. Nice place to drop in for a bite.

7/9/24 Stopped after many years for a light supper. Place was as packed as it was a number of years ago. Taco Tuesday, their nachos and fried tacos are pretty darn good. lots of meat, cheese and other toppings. Still a good place to stop.

Local cheers in Ankeny-Taco Tuesday is famous worth the stop! One of Ankeny’s originals! A must visit!
