Ok, this is our third time here since they reopened. Atmosphere is great. People are great. But you can only apologize so many times for the poor service before you start losing business. Food was extremely late. Just edited this post. Manager stopped by explained the situation and meal on the house. They're new and learning...

100% better than the last time we came here. Great food, exceptional service and friendly staff, which is so much better than the first time they opened. I don't know who took over here and fixed the issues, but they're doing awesome! I will actually recommend people to come here now.

The first time we went it was for appetizers shortly after the place had opened. We tried the homemade salsa, but something was very wrong with it it was chock full of salt, and inedible. Thinking this was an isolated mistake, we gave Tanner's another shot for dinner. My burger had a strong, bitter charcoal flavor, and the salad was like you'd get in a cafeteria. My husband said his meal wasn't awful, but wasn't anything to write home about. Service the second time was really good. Hopefully they can get their food game together.

The reviews are accurate, unfortunately. Domestic beers were $4.50 even for draws. Our food took so long wasn't warm when it got to us. Our waitress tried to fix most of the issues we had, such as 20 minute waits on beer then we'd get the wrong beers.

The food and service were quite good. However, there was an interesting situation regarding the charges on the bills. Three people ordered sour cream with their meals: one requested it after the food was served, one asked for it when placing her order, and the third didn't order it at all. The person who asked for sour cream after her meal was served didn't pay anything for it, while the one who ordered it with her meal was charged $0.50. Meanwhile, the third person, who didn't order it, was charged $1.00. So, be sure to check your bills closely!
