Subway - Ankeny

I had never had any complaints about this location; it's much better than others. However, recently I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food and the staff.

What a fantastic experience! Two employees greeted us along the way, and both were incredibly friendly and welcoming to my father and me. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. The new heavenly cheesecake cookies taste like summer—they're absolutely delightful!

I realized I was mistaken after they asked me twice. The sandwich was put together very messily. It was the most expensive Subway I've ever encountered, and it was slow, to make matters worse.

Diana made our sandy godless today! She was the only one in there and moved as fast as possible! Seriously as sweet with the friendly customer service! some people came in and went because it was just a person who was busy, but with the time at the moment it was not her fault! very grateful that she was available to help us, and in any case think more employees should be praised for the work they do! many thanks diana!

The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and very friendly. I highly recommend this Subway.
