Bidrage med feedbackAlthough the restaurant is currently experiencing high demand and the drive-thru line is longer than usual (the dine-in option is closed due to limited staff), the employees are still efficient at delivering fresh orders with a friendly attitude. I have always received high-quality food from this location.
Sonic is usually good, but this particular location has been inconsistent with their service. I often order extra bacon and do not receive it, and there always seems to be something missing or incorrect in my order. How can I enjoy their delicious pretzel if they forget to add cheese or if they run out of cheese without informing customers beforehand? Their Ankeny location is deteriorating rapidly, and I hope they can make improvements soon. Recently, they mistakenly gave my 8-year-old a double cheeseburger with mustard instead of ketchup, which was disappointing. They also do not address their mistakes or answer their calls, leaving customers frustrated and having to wait in long lines. Sonic, please, fix these issues before it's too late.
At the Ankeny, IA location, all ordering stations were busy, with no clear sign indicating where to place online orders. The service was friendly and the food was delicious.
The service at this restaurant was not great. The person who took our order was not welcoming and we had to wait a long time to get our drinks. A woman came out yelling at cars to check if they had mobile orders. When we left, there was a bouncer at the entrance stopping more cars from coming in. Overall, the experience was strange.
Eating is okay, but it takes so long to get her food. what I know means they make it fresher than other fast food sites. but we ordered the app before we arrived there and waited 20 minutes after we arrived there and that was 10:00.
