Green Goa - Anjuna

I was very disappointed to discover that Green Goa, a popular curry restaurant in Arpora, had been demolished and was currently under reconstruction. I believe it must have been open until the end of 2015, but was closed during the second half of January and the first half of February. Despite this, the quality of the reconstruction work, including a solid wood floor, is very impressive, so I am excited to visit again next year."

I was really worried that one of my favorite restaurants was burned in the last february, but can report that it was rebuilt and that eating is just as good. fabulous curries at very cheap prices. not to miss.

The new restaurant is not as good as the old one we used to frequent. The service was poor, with the typical Goan smiling. The food was okay, but I don't think I would return. There was no ice available for the bottled water, so our drinks were warm.

However, the standard of work on the reconstruction is very good, including a solid wood floor, so I am looking forward to going there next year.

Not much atmosphere but the chicken Kalapouri is to die for with the added attraction of Pawpaw the lovely dog
