My experience at the Bombardier branch for brunch was extremely disappointing and will be my last visit to this establishment. It all began when we requested English menus upon being seated. The waitress rudely slammed our coffee mugs on the table, startling us. Our pancakes arrived cold, and when we asked for syrup, the waitress brought us an almost empty container and quickly left before we could request more. She never returned to refill our coffee. When we asked for the bill, she said she would bring it right away but instead proceeded to clean other tables. After waiting 15 minutes, we had to walk to the front of the restaurant to pay. The waitress became rude upon seeing our 10% tip, which she did not deserve. Overall, the service was lacking and we will not be returning.

This place came highly recommended so we tried it. First the server, although very sweet and uni-lingual, was not familiar with the menu. This was our first time. Next came the terrible coffee which we returned 2 times as it was bitter and tasted like it had been siting there for awhile. No alternative was suggested. I am a huge coffee drinker and know my coffee. Next came our orders which were as described in the menu. The taste of the food was at best mediocre. Nothing great or exceptional. I don;t understand the hype.The price for the plates were a little higher than their competitors for mediocre food. This is the last time I go to this establishment.

I went for a late breakfast with a friend on Saturday. The place was very nice and clean. It was pretty busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated. The food was delicious and the portions were just right. The service was friendly and laid-back.
