Bidrage med feedbackTerrible experience here. I ordered a sandwich and requested no mayo. Order was taken correctly, but received the sandwich full of mayo. I took it back and they didn’t re-make it for me, just tried to wipe off the mayo. I went back again telling them that they need to re-make the sandwich with NO mayo. They apologized and a couple minutes later gave me a new sandwich, which I took home to eat. When I got home I realized that they gave me a sandwich with new bread but, the rest of the contents still had the traces of mayo all over it. I had to throw it out because I cannot have mayo and was not able to go back to the store at that time. Plus they never gave me a receipt, so how can I get my money back without proof of payment? This is not ok- people have allergies and their attitude about not properly fixing their mistakes could make someone ill. No mayo is a fairly simple request! Mistakes happen, but they need to be fixed properly.
I recently started to notice no line ups. The line has actually disappeared. Before you had to wait 45 minutes but now the drive through is like every other location, fast and efficient. Thank you need
Staff is slow never have a full stock of items and line ups out the door all the time with only one cash ever open .
Worst tim hortons i ever had seen , every time bad service . steep tea is even colder than ice coffee . And also they didn’t put all the stuff which I asked them to put in the coffees and food.I had ordered 5 to 6 time from this tim and every time I got bad service and bad orders.Moreover,they didn’t showed up on drive through for 10 minutes.Not worth to the amount paid.????
It’s pathetic how many times they mess up my order. I order a simply bacon on an English muffin every morning and it’s wrong about 3 times a week.
