Chicken Express - Angleton

Food was great, chicken was perfectly crispy, fried okra was perfect, the reels stole the show. Our order was wrong, but they fixed it fast. The staff was friendly and fast.

My husband and I like chicken express very good customer service on this branch, yummy tenders, sweet rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy

It's twice that I've tried going through their drive-thru and got the worst service ever the first time the young man actually told me he feels like I have attitude with him which fine great glad you're assertive like that then the second time I go through it's for a tee evidently me and the gentleman behind me both ordered tees the person in front of us had a big order they decided that the guy behind me can have his tea I have to wait for the big order then I get up to the window they haven't even made the tea yet I got a retell them what I've had all the while no thank you no smile it seems to me this place is so rude waiting for a customer to get upset so that they can try and tell them they're the rude person this place is ridiculous

This is the second time I have gotten my food and it tasted old and nasty. I tried to give them another chance after the first time but I won?t be returning to the Angleton location.

This place is so underrated. The chicken is fresh crispy, and the side options are awesome. Cheese sticks, fried pickles, fried okra, jalapeño popper bites. Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago, just went again, and will definitely be back.
