Bistrot Matchou - Angers

Although the fries were a bit too greasy and the steak a bit too lean I think that this meal was totally worth 11€ that I paid for it. Service was really nice and quick even during busy lunch hours.

The food is good quality (even if the menu is a bit limited) and the staff are friendly, but we came here at 9pm on a Thursday and were the only diners - absolutely no atmosphere at all. Not sure how this place has got such a high rank in Tripadvisor when it's just a non-descript restaurant out in the suburbs (and a 25 euro return in the taxi from Anger centre).

Not what I was expectingStopped in for lunch and was thinking it was just going to be burgers and hot wings but how wrong I was.

This is a very cool barAs far as sports bars I will probably come back when in the mood for A sports bar.
