The Jack Russell Inn - Andover

We loved our overnight stay. this classic country jewelry offers an excellent location, room, bar restaurant. a real tasty bite for the whole family man.

First went about 5 years ago when it was a very standard country pub. Was bowled over at the pub that sits there now- properly good food, well worth a trip, can't be far off a star but retains a pub garden. Location is idyllic l, on the edge of the most rural parts of Hampshire. It's not cheap but didn't feel it was over priced at all!

Just got back from a fantastic 4 night stay at the Jack Russell with our 2 dogs. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We was a bit apprehensive about taking our dogs away with us but not to worry as this is truly a dog friendly place and they really are made to feel welcome also a nice touch of cooking a sausage for the dogs at breakfast! The food in the pub is different class the rooms are immaculate nicely decorated furnished With water, tea coffee, dog treats even doggie beer! The hotel is quite isolated but adds to the country feel! Nice long walks for the dogs nearby with fantastic wildlife albeit quite muddy but to be expected this time of year. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will 100% return in the future.

Amazing place. Great food and very friendly attentive staff. Rooms are so luxurious. Make sure you meet Barnie, Betty Whisper, the pub dogs!

I visited this restaurant with my family and our one-year-old daughter. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the food was delicious. The service was outstanding; we felt that nothing was too much trouble. A special mention goes to Chris, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The staff was very accommodating, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The charming and cozy pub had a warm atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you to the entire team!
