Bidrage med feedbackI travel often and frequent Starbucks in every city that I visit- this location by far the WORST in terms of customer service, efficiency, and cleanliness. The staff was rude (especially Melany) and incompetent, they made drinks incorrectly and worked inefficiently-there was more than a 30 minute wait for basic drinks. In spite of the fact that 5 people were working, they had to call someone for instructions on how to use the register. Horrible experience. Starbucks corporate should consider cleaning house-they certainly couldn’t do worse for employees.
Short-staffed. Slow. Unhappy faces. Depressing atmosphere. No matter how many things you add to your drink it’ll taste bland. This store can’t even get their hours right, they close at two in the afternoon but Google and the Starbucks app say otherwise. Go to the one on Winthrop Avenue instead. Starbucks — pay your employees more, clearly no one wants to work there (and probably for a good reason).
I’ve been to this Starbucks more than a few times, due to a great location, but the service is not always the best or friendly, and the wait time is terrible, I ordered online once and still waited at the store for 20 mins, just for coffee? I paid $6, for a large and they only filled it up half way, see photo, just disappointing, I will never go back to this one, I advise going a little further up the street to Nero, their coffee is better, better service and better prices.
This location has gotten very consistent as of late. They are always nice and welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Starbucks has nothing but crappy commissary coffee anymore. Avoid like the plague because it is horrible.
