Great restaurant! every time we go, we really enjoy

Nye truffle prefixe menu with wine pairing was decent, but very overpriced. kellner was great and super friendly. Eat was hit or missed, but the wee were all quite good. the artichoke “soup” was quite bad; so dry and zero taste. the carpaccio with truffle aioli was decent. the gnocchi was the best dish we had so far. mushroom cannelloni was served in order, but in a strange format. the lamb was okay. the cannoli for dessert was quite good. overall a decent experience, but not worth $500 (the half that best.) the regular menu looked much better.

Our table was in the bar area, which was noisy. The food was outstanding. The special ravioli was the best I’ve ever had. We dine in Boston frequently and this is the best Italian restaurant outside of the city, Last but not least, our waitress was fabulous. I highly recommend LaRosa, but would sit in the main dining area next time,
