Pizza Plus - Andersonville

The staff at the Andersonville location are great. The guy really knows how to make a pizza. The salad bar is always fresh and well stocked. The choice of pizzas on the buffet is always great. The service is top notch. The place is always very clean. Great job. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was informed that a pepperoni pizza had just been placed on the buffet about ten minutes prior. Since I wanted to have some salad before grabbing my pizza, I waited. Unfortunately, three men came in shortly after, and the entire small pepperoni pizza was gone in no time. The buffet had only two breadsticks, so I ended up eating those. When I inquired about more pizza, I was told they were preparing another batch. One of the patrons, after finishing his salad, noticed there were only four people in the restaurant but no pizza available on the buffet. Frustrated, he requested a refund, stating he had only been able to eat salad. The staff struggled to process his refund request, so he eventually told them to keep the money and left. To make matters worse, the Shift Manager mocked him, suggesting he could have just microwave a frozen pizza instead, and claimed that he shouldn’t dine out if he couldn’t wait for his food. I felt compelled to rise and shout that we paid for a buffet precisely to avoid waiting for prepared food. It seems like some staff members need a refresher on how buffets actually work. While I enjoy the pizza, I simply don’t have the time to visit during my lunch hour and wait for fresh pizzas to be made. I wish there were a better pizza buffet nearby.

We didn't want to wait an hour standing in line for a Father's Day meal after church. Everyone wanted pizza so we stopped in and also got baked spaghetti... one of my favorites! Food was delicious! Staff was great! We'll be back soon! Parking: Limited parking in front. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps at all. Service: Take out

My first time here and it has a home style atmosphere. Clean, almost 'spit shiny clean '. Food is good, wait time minimal. Would be 5* but a topping I was charged for wasn 't on my pizza. 4* Vegetarian options: Small salad bar, so vegan option is there. Kid-friendliness: Friendly and laid back. Family friendly.
