This is the second time in about a month that I tried to get breakfast and the ride thru is sooo slow that without my food I had to pull out of the line and go. You really need to make their breakfast together. And about 50 percent of the time that my order is wrong, and I never order more about 2 items! You have a hard time getting an egg on the cookie when you order a bacon and egg biscuit. Need a better morning stream and better administration. So if you're in a hurry, that's not the drive for you!
We arrived at the closing time and the manager was very courteous and helpful and went this extra mile to feed us.
I waited a total of 38 minutes for my job. Five of these minutes were spent to get someone who can answer me in the order on the drive-thru. At some point I moved into the window so that I could place my order manually. The lady in the window was in tears. It was her first time she worked this position. Another person was there who actually was the drive-thru orders. She apologized for the delay and said they had an employee coming out. My answer to her was that my order would make free a long way. She laughed at me. So? I give the location a bad rating online. Corporate must intervene in this place to help with quality control and customer service management. Especially given the money recently invested in building a brand new location. And did I mention that they finally misunderstood my order? So sad. So sad.
Drive thru person extremely nice. Food not as fresh/good as I had hoped
