We ordered a salmon salad and a salmon dinner, along with comfort food in the form of an additional baked potato and some macaroni and cheese. The baked potatoes were fantastic, perfectly salted and crusted just the way they should be! A nice touch was that they packaged the salmon for the salad in a separate container. Not all restaurants take the time to do this, and it’s appreciated because by the time you're ready to eat the salad from take-out, it's usually warm. So, kudos to Raines for this thoughtful detail. It's truly the little things that matter. The macaroni and cheese was delicious—so cheesy and comforting, it really lifted our spirits. I don’t know what their secret is, but it was fantastic! I would love to return and dine in this restaurant next time. I highly recommend it!

I recently visited this establishment and had a unique experience that I'd like to share. I ordered a Captain's Punch made with Captain Morgan White Rum and decided to add an extra shot to make it a bit stronger. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up at the bar. The waiter informed me that they were out of the specific rum I requested, but when I approached the bartender directly, it seemed like an attempt was made to serve a different type of rum without my knowledge. I appreciate that the shot was ultimately not charged to my bill, and I understand that mistakes can happen. However, this incident did raise some concerns for me about the establishment's practices. I'm sharing this experience with the hope that it may lead to increased transparency in the future. Overall, the experience was disappointing, but I believe that constructive feedback can lead to improvement.

Although the staff was friendly, there were some delays that impacted the overall experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable, with a nice ambiance that added to my lunch break—definitely a 4 out of 5. I would recommend this place for a casual meal!
