Mi Casa Leon - Anderson

If you find yourself in or even close to Anderson, South Carolina, you absolutely must stop by for dinner. Their spinach enchiladas are simply amazing! Everything is fresh, and the margaritas are fantastic (I only had one, haha). The service is great, too. This place is definitely a must-visit! I enjoyed it so much that I definitely overeaten.

Fantastic service, and the place was bustling! I ordered the Pollo con crema with black beans, and I can’t recommend it enough. The black beans were the best I’ve ever tasted—simply outstanding! I actually cleared my plate entirely. This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I look forward to coming back on my next visit. Thank you!

The food was simply wonderful and prepared fresh to order. Everything is made from scratch! The salsa and chips were delightful, and the steamed vegetables came out sizzling hot. I ordered the steak and shrimp plate, which was served with seasoned fries and a side of broccoli and carrots. I can't rave enough about how great this Mexican restaurant is! The owner, Sarah, is present on-site and manages an open bar area. There are plenty of booths and tables, making it a comfortable place to dine. If you're ever in the mood for Mexican food, you must give this place a try! I highly recommend it. We also decided to take a meal home for the kids. The food here is consistently fresh and delicious. The chips are fantastic—thin and crispy. The salsa is flavorful without being overly spicy. I've been dining here for a few years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend any of the lunch specials, and if you're in the mood for something unique, give the Mexican hamburger a try; it's amazing!
