Raines On Broadway - Anderson County

Went to Raines on Broadway for the first time Thursday night and it was a awful experience. I sat down at 7:18 and 2 hours later was still waiting on our food. The waitress was sweet, but couldn't let us know anything about our order. She finally said for some reason the kitchen staff kept moving our ticket to the back of the line. There wasn't a manager there, and I haven't been able to get a call to go through to let one know our experience. The wings tasted good but were very small. And our cheese sticks came out 10 minute's after our meal. We'll never go back!

My first time here and I luvd it. The cooks and bartenders are awesome. Not to mention the atmosphere. It's a beautiful place for a romantic date.

Sat outback viewed the lake lots of fun activities going on kid friendly as well.. Food was good. Good atmosphere.

The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was so nice. The view was phenomenally beautiful!!! Will go back again!!! ???

I understand service is slow right now but our food was not good and it was even cold when it came out to our table
