Bidrage med feedbackGreat food. Three times we ordered wings online or by phone with rough results. This night the delivery time was predicted for over an hour. Around 5:07, I cried around 6:42p, person who answered the phone, he had no idea when he expected the driver (Confirmation email said to expect 6:24pm). Food was not prepared yet, driver would deliver when he showed up, but they had not heard of the driver. The food was delivered at 19:29. Once again, when we ordered, we waited forever, then the wrong order was delivered. I called to let them know, the driver came back and collected food. We had to wait a while until we paid the order. Another time it took more than 90 minutes. Every time employees are contacted, there was no excuse, no offer of compensation, no willingness to have some kind of customer service. I understand that Fridays are busy... do not accept the order / money if you cannot deliver! Food tastes great, but NOT worth the extreme price and bad service.
Ordered food when delivered forgot a part of our order. Called they sent someone out quick to bring the rest and added a couple extra treats. Super nice to fix the mix up. Love the wings
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent incident that transpired at your establishment.I would not recommend this establishment due to the unprofessionalism, and disgusting behavior and response after politely addressing an issue with the food. I was appalled to discover a hair in my food during my visit, which left me thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. .To compound the problem, the response I received from the staff at the ladies' station was deeply distressing. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I encountered rudeness and an argumentative attitude and profanity used towards me and a dismissive response from the owner Dawn in a lobby full of other customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided that I can no longer continue to dine at your restaurant as a frequent customer. Furthermore, I intend to share and escalate this concern and my negative encounter with everyone I know, urging them to avoid your establishment as well. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes within your establishment. Improving your hygiene protocols and providing exceptional customer service should be paramount in order to regain the trust and patronage of customers.
Ordered 20 wings, the wings were broken in peices and overcooked to the point where the meat and bones were all the same crunchy consistency. I didnt know if i was eating meat or bone. Would not recommend. Ansolutely the worst wings ive ever eaten.Food: 1/5
Smallest wings ever and were burnt. We ordered from here for years and this is just a disappointment. We Spent over $100 for little hard burnt wings. Won't be ordering from here again...
