Taco King - Anchorage

Excellent food. Authentic, and ample portions. A really nice find here in Anchorage near the airport.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. large portions, aromen are on the point, and the sose bar has everything they want to satisfy in order to demand their spicy. the chicken soup is delicious, hardy, tasteful. the combination taco platter is large and so tasteful. I have the horchata hard and it was refreshing. everything tastes fresh and cooked to order, so it was hot. I will try to go back before we go home, as I am here in winter vacation.

For fast food Mexican it was pretty good. The one up in fairbanks is 1 star. But this one actually seasoned their meat and everything was fresh and hot. I would recommend it. The steak tasted like it was grilled and the flavors were kinda there. Not quite sure why the recipes are different at each location. Still lacking cilantro or chipoltle or really anything authentic. But it's essentially McDonald's of Mexican food. Most Alaskans wouldn't know any better anyways. But hey if you don't want to cook give it a go.
