Starbucks - Anchorage

Went through the drive through and they gave me a black coffee instead of my order. I feel like the company stole from me because I paid way more then what a black coffee costs. Returning to the store with 3 kids was not an option and should not be to get the correct order. High disappointment. Orders at this store have been going down hill and this is the final point. Time to try the local coffee shops!

Updated 2020- 2018- Starbucks is life. I know I’m dramatic but I need caffeine to live and Starbucks gives me that fuel every single day yes every single day. I have my hot drink that does not change and make cool drink when it’s hot out that does not change. I’ve been a gold member for five years. You got to earn them re-wards

Though going through this drive through for a few years they never have ever seem to ever get better about making the correct drink. I always assumed i didn't say what i had wanted correctly but they never ever get the drink correct. I was previously a barista and I understand what is going on behind the coffee bar so I don't understand why it is so hard to make the correct cup of coffee for the correct customer.

Please retrain baristas for Customer Service. Rude comments.

I just ordered two coffees from this location. While the man was making my daughter’s mocha, he ran his hands through his hair, twice. Employees should be educated on sanitary food/ beverage preparation. I won’t be going back to this location.
