Bidrage med feedbackThe grilled halibut, halibut cheeks, artichoke and crab dip, along with the non-alcoholic creative drinks like "Shrub Life" and "Lychee Lime Soda," were all fantastic. For dessert, the crème brûlée had a perfectly crispy top and a creamy base. Our server, Josh, was very attentive and provided excellent service. Food: 5/5.
I made a reservation a month in advance, but was disappointed to be seated at a poor table in a high-traffic area where I was actually bumped by a serving tray. The noise from other patrons was so loud that it made conversation difficult. I attempted to order three different wines from their menu, but they were all unavailable. I ended up ordering a gin and tonic instead. When we placed our order, we were informed that it would take a full hour for our entrees to be served. While the flavors of the food were generally good, the dishes arrived at best at room temperature. The halibut fillet was over-seasoned with salt. We weren’t checked on for a long time, and when someone finally did come by, we smiled and said everything was fine, simply because we were ready to be done after such a long wait. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt like it didn’t justify the time and money we spent.
The timing during the entire birthday dinner was awful. Overall, it was not a great experience.
Our server was very attentive however the kitchen service was extremely slow. Particularly disappointing as the restaurant wasn't full. An hour and a half for appetizers. When food did arrive it was hit and miss. Fish was average, pasta was great.
Even for Alaska, the prices are just a bit much. However, the meal and service this time was outstanding by any measure. The seafood trio and prime rib were outstanding... I recommend.
