Round Table Pizza - Anchorage

It being the mall was the only down side.It felt like lunch room pizza but with a huge upgrade.I liked it alot. Feed 3 off of one pie and it will be the movie tradition going forward.Service was fast and the pizza had so much cheese.

Came in tonight after a long day at the mall school shopping with 2 hungry kids. As always our food was y we love to come. (Mom especially loves the salad bar) tonight in particular, I ordered the “all you can eat” salad bar. We came in around 6:15 pm. After a few moments, the gal who checked us out in the front, came up to me and said “I’m so sorry I forgot to tell you we close at 7 and so you may not have a lot of time to go back for all you can eat salad.” This employees name per the receipt is Kayleigh. I came here to specifically say, this gal has been well trained and obviously has great parents! To me, after a long day today of younger and obviously newer mall employees with eye rolls and what not, she made an awesome impression. Kindness, courtesy and going above and beyond for customer service tends to be headed in the wrong direction these days!! it would have probably been a pain for her to go back and refund me the three dollar difference.. but she was willing and able and came to me truthfully. I chose not to do any refund but was impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond. I just wanted to say, thank you Kayleigh. I do hope your boss sees this and knows you deserve a raise! I was already satisfied, but she made my night. I also wanted to say, every single employee at this location ALWAYS does a great job. We’ve been here often and I’ve never had a bad time. Well done and thanks from a store weary mom with a teenager of my own along with a six year old, who did not want to cook dinner tonight!Lastly, the experience gave me a great opportunity for a chat with my own teen about how he should be when he becomes an employee soon!We have always loved coming here and will continue to do so! Thank you for great work, amazing staff, great food as well as a clean location. Happy customers success for all. I love being able to share a good review and honestly owed this location a 5 star review anyway, today just prompted me to get it done.KudosKid-friendliness: My 6 year old was given a water cup for 0.00 so thanks again for that extra touch.

I love round table and the food and service is usually great. But this time they completely messed my entire order up. I won't hold it against them though. I will continue to order from them

Rewrite. 8/24/2023 I Need To Speak To The Owner!!I worked here. And really thought this was a great place but turns out everyone there is just toxic workers, creating a toxic work environment.What type of management is being run at round table pizza!?There is a worker named mark who talks/slander/defamation about me and my family at this establishment. He lives above me. Lando Calderon supposed manager at round table pizza is allowing this type of behavior and is also stalking behavior!! If he failed to see this as a problem then he’s part of it. I’m not dating, not related in anyway to anyone there.And it’s all starting to make sense to why sexual talk and stuff would happen around me at certain times in my life working there, the workers would try make sexual advances towards me too. I would have to say “no” “stop” “I never asked you out” to make them stop.And when I walked up to them 2 weeks ago and keep in mind I never seen them for months because business slows down and it’ll pick back up. They gave me a certain look, and judged me like they are my boyfriend or family member. And that’s when it all came together!!! Mark my upstairs neighbor is talking about my personal life, saying anything at this establishment. As far as I can recall now!! This been happening before I worked there and when me and my husband moved into this place!!! Before 2020!This Is Very Disturbing!!!I’m pretty positive, a owner or the owner of it would not want his/hers establishment run in such a way.I Feel Very Violated!! and Dehumanized!! I Don’t Feel Safe In My Own Home.

We were served and told 15-20 for food, we proceeded to wait for over 45 minutes with no server asking asking anything. The overall atmosphere by itself is alright but some design choices are... questionable. Food is a solid 7/10 very average pizza.
