Pho Vietnam 4 - Anchorage

The Pad Thai, fresh spring rolls, and Pho dishes are outstanding. During peak lunch hours, they can get quite busy, but the wait is definitely worth it! The service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The Thai iced tea is also excellent, and you'll get a generous portion. I highly recommend this restaurant for both lunch and dinner!

This is a fantastic spot for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine at reasonable prices. It's a hidden gem in Gov Hill, offering excellent service and authentic flavors. I deducted one star for the lack of beer and wine options. My favorite dishes are the Banh Mi and Beef Pho for lunch, and the Curries Pad Thai for dinner.

Excellent service with a friendly and laid-back atmosphere. The food is fresh with a wide variety of options, including avocado shakes, Thai crepes, papaya salad, and pork chops, as well as all the classics you’d expect, like pad thai, pho, and various noodles.

The food is incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. I'm a big fan of their Thai dishes and pho. You absolutely have to try the homemade beef jerky—it's a must! Be prepared, though, the spicy dishes are truly spicy! The homemade pan-fried noodles are fantastic as well. Plus, the owner is a wonderful person!

I ordered the vegetable pho and the lemongrass tofu, and both dishes were excellent. The pho, in particular, stood out—it's light, fresh, and made with organic ingredients. It has a subtle yet flavorful taste. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Anchorage.
