Bidrage med feedbackI buy online every time so I can use their 20%. we get the same, every time medium-sized paprika pizza. it's not fat like pizza huts. the crust is good enough that we eat it and not just automatically for the dogs away. we pick up our order, I've never waited more than five minutes to explode. less than half a mile from where we live, so it is comfortable. it is a little difficult to get into the parking lot when they did not. there is a meridian on the old road right in front of the parking lot, so they can only get there from one side of the old farewell. when they know where the ducks are at the corner of the old farewell and diamant, its on the same side of the road that is away from diamantmall. I've probably made this a lot more confusing, but look at the map here on google to see what I'm talking about.
I ordered a large Works . It was $35, more than most pizzas in Anchorage. I expected a decent amount of toppings for that price. Wrong! I would have gotten more from a 2 topping Little Caesar 's! Plus, 1/3 of the pizza wasn 't covered with sauce, cheese or toppings, it was just crust. I will never order there again! Don 't know how they 're in business!
The pizza was great, but the customer service left much to be desired, especially when my order was incorrect. Although the pizza itself was tasty, the overall experience was tarnished by a frustrating situation caused by an online error. They seemed eager to resolve it, but the greasy cardboard crust was a letdown.
Our order was taken, but then it was canceled without any explanation. When we tried to call and inquire about our order, they kept hanging up on us. This is the most disappointing experience I've ever had...
I ordered a pizza for delivery, but the order never arrived. I waited over an hour, tried calling multiple times, and no one picked up the phone. The next day, I called again and was on hold for another 30 minutes without any response. I tried selecting the option to speak to a manager, but still no one answered. I then chose the option to place a new order, and someone finally answered, only to tell me they couldn’t assist me and redirected me back to the manager line. After another 20 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to someone. Eventually, my order was refunded, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary.
