Outback Steakhouse - Anchorage

Good service always, as a delivery gig worker I appreciate restaurants that have specific areas for pick up and they also have one staff member in charge of the puck up service. Also as a customer very good service and food was good, decent stake and price was OK! Our waitress was awesome ?

I ordered a curbside pickup ended up arriving way earlier than my estimated pickup. Customer service from start to finish was amazing. A nice lady even came out to tell me the status of my order. The same nice lady later brought it out, earlier than estimated. The bag smelled amazing driving home. I was amazed how much attention to detail went into packing the order. The tenders platter had 2 kinds of sauces, the celery sticks with the wings were carefully wrapped separately, the salad platter had dressing, they even added bread with butter. Kids said the chicken tenders were delicious. The salad the wings were delicious!

(Sadly one of the best restaurants I ate in Alaska. Same as most outbacks I guess. Food was good and service was friendly. Steaks were a bit over done. It was very close to the hotel and not crowded (is anything really crowded in Alaska? Came there to eat twice within 2 days. Have a few local beers which was great.

The atmosphere is nice, but the food for the price was not good. The steak was not seasoned well or perhaps not at all. The mashed potatoes were very lightly seasoned and had little flavour. The wine was good and really sold the meal.

I went to outback today around 4pm when they opened for an early dinner. The service was not very good. Granted our waiter was friendly but the food was awful. Ordered my steak medium and it came out dry and black on my pasta , ordered a filet to be cooked medium and came out blue. My coconut shrimp was burned. Only good thing was the blooming onion. I will not be going back I paid 100$ for a meal that I hated and definitely not worth it.
