Mcdonald's - Anchorage

They tend to forget straws and sauces frequently. Occasionally they mix up orders, but sometimes you will get an order that contains more food than what you originally asked for. So I suppose that's a bonus? Don't expect good customer service all the time as they're likely not getting paid enough. Not to mention, they're staffed with college/high school students who don't care. I do not blame them though. Not the best place to be working at. Food is a hit or miss. Food is either fresh or not fresh. Going around noon will help in consistently getting the fresh batch of food.

Completely would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone in the anchorage area they keep giving me the wrong meal and not doing anything about it I asked for the McCrispy and keep getting McFucked by them. Good night you have lost one more customer.

The store is cool, but all the workers are crooked and petty. And dont Ever Try to order from the drivethru on ur bike- because they will treat you/talk to you like Shi it n Even if it's nothing HGTV f

My order is always correct. The employees have been friendly and helpful. Pretty quick drive through also.

My drive thru order was screwed up. Missing an entire meal. The manager that helped make it right was nice….
