Bombay Deluxe Indian - Anchorage

We went to this place for the first time a few weeks ago and loved the food. So we took my mother in law there yesterday and she also loved their food. Service is awesome and the workers are inviting to great humor and conversation.

The appertizers which were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful blend of spices. For the 8 main courses all of them rich, aromatic, and bursting with flavor. The garlic Naan was soft and fluffy, a perfect complement to the meal. What truly sets Bombay apart is the balance of flavors in every dish, from the subtle heat in the curries to the fresh herbs and spices that make each bite exciting. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The service was impeccable attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was happy to make recommendations. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Bombay is the perfect place to indulge in an authentic culinary experience. I highly recommend Bombay for anyone in Anchorage looking for a delicious, authentic Indian meal. We will definitely be back.
