Arby's - Anchorage

I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jeff, who was working the drive-thru, was simply amazing! His personality is incredible and he made both my mom's and my day. We had just gotten our nails done, and he was kind enough to compliment them. A few hours earlier, we had stopped by for a slider for my mom, who hadn't eaten all day, and he remembered us when we returned. Honestly, we came back mostly because of him and his fantastic vibe! This guy deserves a promotion! And by the way, the food was great too. The experience we had with Jeff was absolutely worth every calorie!

I had dinner with my daughter, and unfortunately, she accidentally dropped her sandwich. When I informed the cashier about it, her only response was to tell me it would cost $7.49. I'm sure they could have made an exception if she had mentioned it to her supervisor. It felt like she showed no consideration for the situation. It's important to empathize with others.

I've visited this location several times for lunch, and each time the staff has been friendly and cheerful. A special shoutout to Wes for being such an amazing person!

When you're Irish like me and you want to get in touch with your ancestors after a drop o' whiskey. There's nothing better than a nice corned beef ruben from Arby's.

Grateful to have gotten drive through after flying out of St. George, AK at 5, not having dinner before getting on the plane, and having too shirt a layover in Dutch to get food.
