Wings Factory - Anaheim

I have been craving garlic parmesan wings and garlic butter breadsticks for a while, after trying them at Epic Wings, but we wanted to try Wings Factory. I was expecting garlic parmesan dry rub, but it came drenched in a vinegary sauce. It had the aroma of a wet, sweaty t-shirt I guess from the vinegar). I did not really taste the garlic or parmesan, only a very very light hint if any. The wings tasted mainly sour and salty. They were also kinda soggy. The garlic bread was very doughy and dense, almost the texture of a biscuit. I got the 10 wings combo $23), it came with 3 breadsticks and soda for 2 people to share. It was so bad we threw away 5 wings and some breadsticks. I never throw away food, much less wings! We ate there around 11:15 am on a Friday and there were no other orders the whole time we were there. The meal ruin our appetites for the rest of the day. It was a huge disappointment to put it lightly. Don't order garlic parmesan wings!

Great service. The young man (Emanuel) was able to explain the multitude of flavors and was very patient. Also made a point to confirm how I wanted my wings cooked. So food was pretty darn good. Didn't feel oversauced or undersauced. There was some kick in the tropical storm that sneaks up on you. Spicy garlic was decent, glad I tried it but maybe not getting it again. I did a mix of xtra hot and bbq. They were yummy but I waited too late when they weren't as warm so jury is still in deliberations on that flavor mix. Breadsticks were sooooooo good especially coming right out the oven. They are thick so prepare for that. Good atmosphere with the music, good variety, wide range. Don't get your hopes up for Gregorian chants, Bollywood type or Baltic dance but you get the point. Tv's in pretty much every direction too. I'll definitely be back they have several more flavors I want to try and the pricing was good too!

I love the Buffalo fries here and Manuel gives you such pleasant customer service. Always recommends you different options to try out.

Buffalo fries are great. My biggest concern was with Paola the cashier. I called and was asked to be placed on hold. I was placed on hold for 2 minutes and she asked for my order, once I started to give her my order for the buffalo fries she asked me to hold for one second. I waited 25 minutes, I ended up going to wings factory since my lunch break began. I walk in still on hold and the place was ENTIRELY EMPTY and Paola was on her phone texting. I told her I've been on hold and she said there was a rush, really a rush at 11:30 In the morning and I walk in at 12 and it's completely empty and you're on your phone?

This eating establishment is so good, I travel there simply for the ranch dressing! Seriously, best buffalo chicken fries I know.
