Bidrage med feedbackI'm starting. Just a taqueria in this post. And that's mainly because I didn't have a tacos. I come to the hotel on Friday at noon and have not eaten for a big coffee and a free McSkillet since a cold McDonald's Drive-Thru
Some of the best Mex I've had in a long time. 60 years of Mexican food under my belt, as it were. The rice and beans were top notch. The rice was very light and fluffy and almost floated off the plate. Both the beans and rice were delicious with a number of subtle flavors that lingered on the tongue. Almost like eating a desert when you take a small bite and let it dissolve in your mouth. The beef taco was light, flavorful and filled with crisp shredded lettuce. The cheese enchilada was covered in a rich red sauce that could not have been tastier. Excellent service, friendly chef and waitress, cold cerveza and I even got to watch the Mexican soap operas on TV while I ate. A casual strip mall location with the kind of food I might expect from a high-end gourmet Mexican eatery. Do not miss it.
I visted yestersay after we left Disneyland. The chips and salsa are really good. tempted to order as a dish! I kid.... My family and I got burritos. The carne asada was delicious, and so was the al pastor . The only thing I can go without is the beans put in the burritos. They taste fresh out the can, and sweet which don 't go well with the burritos. The waitress seemed a little out of it. We would be ordering and she would start watching television, and would have to ask us to repeat what we requested. I wouldn 't say she was horrible, but owners should look into this. Hope my review helps!
I spent several years working at Disneyland Resort, and Tacos Mi Pueblo has always been our go-to spot for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
We discovered Tacos Mi Pueblo around 11:30 PM on our way to our hotel near Disneyland, and the food was fantastic! It's a great late-night option, especially after spending an entire day at the park. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, which is a nice change from the overpriced average food inside the parks. We highly recommend Tacos Mi Pueblo on Katella!
