I think she is the owner, but it was just her and the cook (can be man). You order food at the checkout and bring the food in boxes. When you order shaved ice, they bring the usual bowls. Eating is always good, looks like they need more help, but Lady is very friendly and sweet!

Excellent food and outstanding service! Our server, Maira, was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and exceptionally polite. We visited at noon, and the Taro milk tea was just as amazing as the service we received. Highly recommend!

Your fried rice is fantastic, especially the version with pineapple! The milk tea is also delightful. I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, the lighting, and the stylish fish tanks. The staff was attentive when we arrived, but after that, it became a bit harder to get their attention.

Update 06/20/2018: The takeout orders have improved slightly in terms of presentation, but there’s still a long way to go. I received some egg with my rice dish, but I still got the same corn, potato salad, and mishaps as before.
