You can't go wrong with Flame Broil; the food is always fresh and consistently delicious.

The staff were wonderful, but the manager was quite rude and unaccommodating. Each time I visit, there’s something that needs to be restocked, and the portion of chicken I receive seems smaller compared to other Flame Brothers locations.

The food was fantastic, just as I had anticipated. However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Karen, the woman at the counter, was both polite and professional. I understand how challenging it can be to juggle multiple customers, yet she greeted everyone with a sincere smile and a positive attitude. Truly outstanding. I was highly impressed!

I don't know if the owner is stingy, but you have to hire more employees. Even the girl working today was super slow. We called through the phone to place an order in front of the hand and they placed us in the handle, but never back to us. Worst I was a flame boiler and I was a couple!
