The food was excellent and everything was prepared as expected, with generous portions. However, there was one odd experience. I called at 11 a.m. to confirm my 2 p.m. order, and the manager had to turn on the computer, look it up, download the order, and then confirm it with me. This was the first time she was aware of my order. My only suggestion, and the reason it doesn’t receive a five-star rating, is that I was worried my order might have gone unnoticed if I hadn’t asked for confirmation.
