El Pollo Loco - Anaheim

I don't understand why they get upset when you want to buy 2 combos , 3 pieces . They keep pushing to sell 8 pieces, and on top of that the lady that was selling got upset, she just insisted me to buy the 8 pieces. I had to go inside and tall to a manager just to purchase 6 pieces 2 combos, 3 pieces) i love el pollo loco but their customer service is worst than home depot.

Every time I come here, you guys always manage to mess up my order. My orders aren’t complicated, I just order regular pollo bowls. How do you keep messing that up?

Great Tostada Bowls very healthy just don't eat much of the tostada shell to avoid excess calories .

Very impressed by the service and attention, which is a great improvement.
