I have a drink at the Hammer Bar and it worked from there. Because it's DELICIOUS. I enjoyed every bite. Recommend this place, and I definitely come back. I always try the same places when I'm in this building. I'm glad I tried it.
I just tried her chicken tikka masala combo that comes with naan, a kind of lentil soup, salad and a cucumber diving sauce. I'm not an Indian food expert at all, but I really enjoyed the flavors of everything. The chicken was tender and the Ktikka sauce was delicious. Naan was fresh. Also got another order of garlic naan and that was also really good! I would definitely come back! The lentil soup thing was also really delicious.
Chef Shachi Mehra at ADYA creates a changing, universally appealing menu that is set in the sit-down (except on the raised former loading dock! or casually take options. Menus are visible on the walls. The Packhouse is such a fun place to visit and adds a historical touch to the experience. Chef Shachi mixes Western and Indian flavors, blends tradition with modernity. She shares her passion for ethnic food in hand-on cooking classes. And she was a Chopped TV Show Champion last year!
It was my first time in the Anaheim Packing District and was lucky to have chosen ADYA as a place to eat. I ordered an Amritsari Tikka, a Tandoori Kabob court and the Samosa. Both were excellent. The flavors made my mouth a happy dance. The sections were fair and left me no longer starving. They are located on the back of the building and it is worth taking the short walk to visit them.
The flavors made me feel at peace, food is good and spot on, portions are perfect in my opinion. First time eating here and i had a good experience overall. Would recommend and will definitely come back to try more.
