When the barman sat down, he asked what we ordered coke, he stops a chip in his mouth holding the other chip with his first 2 fingers placing his fingers in the glass! When I asked him about a glass that he didn't have his fingers in him looked at me and told NONE of my other customers complain when my fingers are in the glass! Then the rest of the time we were there was ate all the time. Then he brings chicken mozzarella sticks on the bar eat them playing on his phone wipes his nose NOT wash his hands before he wipes our plates. I'm totally disgusting. Probably never back. I can't imagine what's happening in the kitchen when it comes to it, everyone can see it.

I don?t usually write reviews but... I ordered the BBQ nachos, onion rings, and John Wayne sandwich. The definition of nachos are ? dish of tortilla chips topped with melted cheese ?. No where on their online menu mentions that it?s over potato chips. Pretty disappointing?.. the onion rings were fine. The John Wayne sandwich in the description says ?try one of our homemade BBQ sauces with it? wasn?t offered any bbq sauce and it was probably the driest sandwich I?ve had in awhile. Maybe it?s my fault I ordered over the phone but after spending $40 I was hoping for something more palatable. Pretty disappointing experience.

Food was good and reasonable prices. Family atmosphere with playroom so can be a little loud. Servicer was slow to notice that we were sitting and not clean table after he was asked to delete it. She was young and new so hopefully next time will see improvement.

I use to enjoy going to haufbrau for lunch an dinner but the last month or so the quality of service and food has gone way down hill. Fire the cook an have better customer service. You guys are better than this. Sorry Chris
