I ate carpaccio, tomate soup and chicken main dish. Everything was great. Place is not crowded most of the times expect from nights. You should try carpaccio. They are serving best carpaccio in Bijlmer Arena.

Nice place for drinks and food. It's just few steps away from Bijlmer Arena. We went here for an office party. Service was quick and nice options for drinks and food.

So much no, here. Let me list the ways... Our party of 18 was split between two tables despite having a reservation and the restaurant being about 75% empty. They refused to move us when we asked. The entire party was there and sat by 5:15pm. We ordered by 5:30pm. Food didn't arrive until 7pm. This is despite our telling them we were attending a show at the near-by Ziggo Dome and doors were at 6:30pm. They didn't mention that they wouldn't spilt the bill nor accept multiple cards until the end of the meal while we were trying to settle up and rush out for the show we were very close to being late for at that point. We basically had to refuse to pay unless they accepted multiple cards before they buckled. (They wanted one person to put the entire €400+ tab on their card. Worst offense of all though was the food and drink. It was so disgusting! The worst French fries I've ever eaten in my entire life. Dry, flavorless ribs. Stale burger buns. A dry martini made with sweet vermouth and served in a water glass. Do yourselves a favor and avoid Vanzz! I'd rather eat at the concession stands at Ziggo than subject myself to this place again.

Stylish looking place centrally located in the Amsterdam Bijlmer area. Unfortunately the styling of the place is the only positive thing to report. The place smells of cigarette smoke, due to a room separated by glass walls for smokers. Unfortunately the smoke evaporates from that room, so that the whole restaurant is smelling like in the 'old days ' when smoking was still permitted in restaurants. The food is mediocre. The Hamburger 'Vanzz ' was eatable but that 's about it. The wine selection is expensive and shows only very ordinary wines. If you have to go to Vanzz, better go for a beer. Finally, in view of the service you need a lot of patience and humour. In conclusion, even though the area around Bijlmer Arena is not exactly rich on nice restaurants, Vanzz is one to avoid.
