The Mexican Ii Amsterdam

I've never had Mexican food with curry in it. Definitely not Mexican. It was a combination of Indian, Mexican and American? It was also served with fries. Guacamole wasn't fresh. They charge you for $18 euros per person for fajitas with curry and no veggies.

DO NOT GO. Absolutely horrendous experience. Apparently even if you order food and eat at the restaurant it costs €5 to use to bathroom. Owner was incredible rude to our group and made us feel uncomfortable to even eat at his restaurant. Avoid at all costs!

Don't be misguided by the three stars. This place is so totally worth five stars! Amazing and delicious food! I was in heaven!! So missed good Mexican food. Ambiance is cute n quaint. View from inside out to street is sweet. Aaand let's not forget the wonderful service we had. Ask for Ion.. Super nice. Me super happy right now.

We came here on a recommendation from a local at a pub; honestly, it wasn 't the best but it wasn 't the worst Mexican food. The serving sizes were large will definitely fill you up. Great location and 2 levels of space with tables (but be careful of the winding staircase going upstairs it may make you dizzy). Overall I 'd say it 's a pretty standard tourist centric Mexican restaurant. If you 're coming to visit Amsterdam or are from a country that has pretty good authentic Mexican food, this may not be the best place for an authentic taste.

This is a hidden gem. Not fancy at all but a great place to sit outside and have a beer and watch the world go by. The food is good no complaints and the service was exceptional. 20 meters from Dam Square in case ya need to smoke.
