Café Hegeraad - Amsterdam

Cozy and historic. Friendly service and yummy food. Had a simple ossenworst sandwich a cold pint for lunch. Really hit the spot after cycling around all morning.

Beautiful location and beautiful cafe. Fantastic service. We decided to stop by one sunny afternoon, and when they noticed we wanted to sit outside, they went out of their way to set up a table for us. We only had a beer, but the whole experience was very enjoyable.

An old cafe/bar in a quiet location, perfect for a beer of apple pie and a coffee. Definitely stop by for a break while on vacation.

Typical Dutch bar, really nice atmosphere and locally made snacks.

This is a very querky traditional pub that we stopped and had lunch in. They had 'table carpets ' which I had never seen before. The pea soup was a meal in its self.... And the coffee was good. If the landlady smiled it would be perfect
